Meet Dr. Sharp

High-Tech Dentistry in Purcellville with a Family Touch

Dr. Martha Sharp has been treating patients and their families in Purcellville for almost two decades.  There is nothing more satisfying for me than serving the same families, in some cases three generations being part of their journey.

My goal is to provide the highest quality dental care with a friendly, gentle touch enjoying my patients smiles.   My focus is to provide the practical care you need to preserve your oral health proactively addressing smaller oral health concerns before they become a larger challenge.

Practicing dentistry at Loudoun Family Dental has been a blessing. Our patients are wonderful and the team I work with shares my commitment to our patients’ oral health. I look forward to many years of creating healthy, beautiful smiles in the Purcellville community.

Education and Experience

I attended Bosque University for my dental doctorate and completed a Pediatric dental residency at National University in Colombia, South America. I also attended a fellowship at the world-renowned Lancaster Cleft Palate Institute in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While I was planning to utilize these skills to treat children in Colombia with highly complex Cleft Palate issues, love has a way of getting in the way. The Cleft Palate Institute requested I attend their Advanced General Dentistry Residency. My love of dentistry and dental education never stops so I am constantly learning new techniques and treatments with a goal of improving your oral health in the most effective and pain free manner. So after almost a decade of dental school, I settled down in Loudoun County with my Husband, Ken and two wonderful children, Patrick and Samantha. Like many of our patients, that I have treated for almost two decades our kids are spreading their wings as young adults. Our daughter is now attending dental school at University of Maryland and our son is attending Georgia Tech.
