He quickly learned that becoming a successful dentist required doing small things, including listening to his patients. Attending to patients’ needs and emphasizing patient education are critical. I have had nothing but great experiences at Loudoun Valley Dental. Cindy at the front desk has always been so extremely responsive to me and squeezed me in on more than one occasion when I really needed to see the doctor and both dentists are great. It is a perfect example of a small town medical office where the patient is never just a number.

My second visit was to get a crown on a tooth with a slight crack. This visit was also great despite it being for something more involved than just a cleaning. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly which includes the front office, the couple dental techs I've seen so far, and both dentists. I'm impressed by the pains they take to explain everything and by everyone's skill. I'm happy to have a dental office like this so close to home.

The office staff was exceptional when calling for an appointment and in person. The Dentist and hygienist are kind, educated, listened, explained well and gentle. I would highly recommend this practice.
